FIERCE COMPASSION
The Ultimate Business Advantage
Spring 2016  //  Brought to you by Lori Alvarez, KW Realty

COMPASSION IS A BUSINESS ADVANTAGE

Yes, you read that correctly.
Regardless of the product you sell or service you provide, you are in the people business.  And to be successful and profitable, you must effectively interact with your customers, vendors and staff in ways that are authentic, mutually beneficial, and true to yourself. That's why compassion is critical. And as a successful businessperson, you must be fierce in your development of compassionate leadership.

RESEARCH CONFIRMS IT
Incorporating compassion into leadership is a paradigm shift that increases awareness of yourself, your staff, and the customers you serve. A Harvard Business Review and Stanford University study reports that the skills that most CEOs say they need to be successful are "people skills" ... which just happen to be rooted in compassionate thinking and practices.
